1. Service Description

Chameleon4 offers social media management services for real estate professionals, which includes:

Creation or optimization of one (1) social media account (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok).

Profile optimization including avatar, headers, bio, and business description as needed.

Social Media Strategy development based on pre-defined Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).Provision of up to three (3) posts per week in various content formats (video, animations, statics, etc.). The amount will be determined by the strategy and the social media platform. Max 1 video/animation per week on any platform. Content optimization based on KPIs.

2. Client Responsibilities

Provide all necessary information and materials required for the service within the agreed timeline. Failure to do so will result in extra fees and the inability to create and execute the social media strategy and content. Ensure that the content and materials provided comply with all applicable laws and regulations. Review and approve all content and strategies proposed by Chameleon4.

3. Pricing and Terms

Service Fee: The service is offered at a special introductory rate of $300 per month, significantly discounted from the regular price of $500/month. This rate ensures affordability while providing top-tier social media management services. The discounted pricing is valid as long as the service is uninterrupted on a monthly basis. If the service is canceled or paused, the service fee goes back to the regular pricing of $500 per month at resuming. Setup Fee: A one-time fee of $300 is required to initiate the service. In some instances, this fee may be waived. Services will commence upon receipt of the payment.

4. Intellectual Property Rights

All original content created by Chameleon4 will be the intellectual property of the Client upon full payment.Chameleon4 retains the right to use any developed content for its portfolio and promotional purposes unless otherwise agreed.

5. Limitation of Liability

Chameleon4 is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the service.Chameleon4 is not responsible for any loss of profit or revenue related to the service.

6. Termination and Cancellation

Either party may terminate the service agreement with written notice as specified in the service agreement. In the event of cancellation by the Client, any payment made is non-refundable.

7. Disclaimer

Chameleon4 does not guarantee specific results or increased business performance as a result of the service.

8. Amendments to Terms

Chameleon4 reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time.

9. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of Colorado.

10. Acceptance

By using Chameleon4’s social media management services, the Client agrees to these Terms and Conditions.
